Morning habits are essential to your overall life transformation. What empowers you in the morning? Meditation, Interactions, Prayer, Connection, Fitness, Stretches, Coffee? We all have fatigue in the morning and we all need to move in the morning – stretches for energy, change our moods, make new life changes and be a role model for others. My own mission is to bring joy to people’s lives and be an energy setter and I want you to optimise your energy too. There is a choice to be ordinary or extraordinary and starting to be extraordinary you need to adapt new morning rituals.
